Please note that all of our products are handmade in small batches and orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number with every order.

Please note that once a package is in the hands of the courier, we are unable to verify its exact location or status. O Sleeves! is not responsible for lost or missing packages and cannot offer replacements or refunds in such cases.

Please make sure to double-check that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

Duties on All Orders

We’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless. Duties  are included in the price, and we’ll handle customs clearance for you — so there’s no need to worry about surprise fees or paperwork at delivery.
