Rooted in the rhythm of slow living, each O Sleeves! product is thoughtfully designed and handmade by our founder in her home studio. From sketch to cut to stitch, every piece goes through a hands-on process in small batches with attention to detail.We are passionate about working with beautiful, high-quality fabrics selected for their aesthetics and durability. We love transforming these materials into chic, functional pieces designed to be timeless, lasting, and loved.
Transparency and Sustainability
We highly value transparency and believe that the way we create our products should reflect the core values of our brand.
- Design: We create versatile, timeless pieces that encourage mindful consumption and are built for long-lasting use. Each collection is thoughtfully planned and designed so our customers can easily mix and match, making every piece a seamless part of their wardrobe.
- Materials: we choose to work mostly with natural fabrics like cotton, linen, and linen-blends.
- Production: our products are made in-house, in small batches, to avoid overproduction and minimize waste.
- Packaging: to further reduce our environmental impact, we use bio-based, biodegradable packaging.
Meet our founder
Hi there! I’m Amy, the owner and founder of O Sleeves! Thank you so much for being here.
It's been a dream of mine for so long to be a small business owner, to create things that others love, and truly want and need in their lives. After graduating from NYU, I worked as a client services manager at a global firm in my mid-twenties. About two years ago, I realized that it was time to pursue what I really wanted in life, and that was to slow down, and live a more intentional and creative life. And that was how I became a full-time stay-at-home dog mom and explored my interests in sewing, reading, gardening, and tennis.
The idea for O Sleeves! grew naturally out of my slow-living lifestyle and my love for sewing cute, functional sleeves and bags for myself. I loved tinkering with new patterns, discovering amazing fabrics, and putting together my vision with stitches and threads. Over time, I realized I wanted to share my designs with more girlies who also value style, quality, and function in the accessories they carry.
Each O Sleeves! piece is lovingly made in my home studio using fabrics that I personally select for their style and feel. I hope you enjoy them as much as I’ve loved creating them!
